We analysed user needs for the Vanuatu Skills Partnership so it could provide a great result no matter where you are. Scope Global needed to talk both to their Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade partners while still communicating users in the Pacific.

We designed a website that was focussed on the visual but had room for details. To complete the project we created a manual and trained staff remotely to publish new content.
